We have designed the knowledge channel model to manage streaming contents. The knowledge channel is streaming contents that can be controlled by users' obvious intention. We have proposed a policy document called "channel policy" that represents users' intention of interacting with streaming contents. Continuing development of this policy into the dynamic program table is shown.
