Abstract

The aim of this chapter is to present a formal approach to the Filioque question based on traditional discussions, especially on Aquinas’ solution. In order to do this, I construct and introduce a First Order Theory called Thomistic Logic of the Trinity as an attempt to formalize the Trinitarian Theology. Also, a model is presented for this theory, which allows us to verify its consistency.
