Abstract

Iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome represents a spectrum of disease, encompassing three clinical variations: Chandler's syndrome, progressive iris atrophy, and Cogan-Reese syndrome. This acquired, unilateral disorder typically manifests in young to middle adulthood and predominantly affects women, although bilateral involvement and occurrence in a child have been reported. A high percentage of patients with ICE syndrome develop secondary glaucoma. © 2010 Springer-Verlag New York.
