With the rise of Chinese civic consciousness, social equity has become an important yardstick for measuring the degree of civilization in a society. As an important part of social public services, the respect and attention given to vulnerable groups by airports has become a symbol of the social civilization of the city where the airport is located. In this context, this article takes the disabled groups that are commonly seen in the airport travel as the research object, carries out in-depth analysis of the behavior mechanism of the disabled groups by studying the behavior characteristics of the disabled groups in the airport travel, and summarizes the core factors that have affect the airport travel experience of the disabled groups. Furthermore, provides feasible theoretical basis for improving airport construction and services, so as to improve the quality of airport services and improve the airport travel experience for disabled people. This research aims at the behavior characteristics of disabled people, adopts field survey methods, selects Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 2 as the observation site, and carries out on-site observation and actual measurement of the physically disabled people and healthy people in airport travel. Through a comparative analysis of the behaviors of different groups, we learned the behavior characteristics of disabled people during airport travel. By summarizing the airport travel satisfaction and behavior characteristics of disabled people, clarifies the key issues that disabled people are facing in airport travel, and abstracts the disabled passenger behavior model into a mathematical model combing with the airport service process through the data model.
