Through modeling, simulation and testing of its output characteristics, this paper focuses on the study of the piezoelectric cantilever vibration energy harvester. First of all, potential function and output response of the system are obtained by calculation of the mechanical and electrical equation of the electromechanical coupling model of the piezoelectric cantilever vibration energy harvester. Then, ANSYS is used to simulate the structure and output response characteristics of the piezoelectric cantilever vibration energy harvester. At last, a experiment is made to prove the rationality, feasibility and correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation of this paper. The work can be a foundation for the future study.
