Abstract

The famous scholar Wolfgang von Goethe reported, One only sees what one knows. This quotation has to be complemented with the sentence, One has to know with which method the findings are best visualized. These methods have to be applied in a stepwise manner and only if they have implications for therapy or the prognosis. ?? 2009 Springer-Verlag.
