Abstract

Embedded artificial intelligence is gaining popularity. The use of sensors and related technologies is being widely used in smart devices used by professionals in healthcare systems. Machine learning technologies are successfully used in application domains to solve real-word problems in e-health. These smart objects resulted from advancements in electronics that improved performance, reduced operational power, and made it possible to have ubiquitous wireless connectivity. This document discusses the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare, ethical and legal issues of using artificial intelligence in healthcare, and solutions to some of the dilemmas of using AI in healthcare.
