Abstract

The procedures described in this chapter are used when mastectomy is required, but skin-sparing or nipple-sparing mastectomy is not feasible due to extent of disease. This chapter discusses indications, contraindications, operative strategy, and complications for these procedures. Detailed operative technique is included.
