Abstract

The first step to successfully applying AI-based Data Science is understanding the specific business needs that will benefit the most from these technologies. The process includes an intensive knowledge exchange between data scientists and business experts. On the one hand, the data scientists educate their business partners about the capabilities of the appropriate AI-driven technologies and gradually gain awareness about the current business problems. On the other hand, the business experts share their concerns and the current technical issues they need to fix, and begin to understand the real potential of the new AI magic. It is expected that the final result of this dialog is the selection of a relevant business problem (or problems) that can be resolved effectively with these technologies.
