Abstract

This paper presents an overview of the concept of introducing an information system with simultaneous reorganization of the company. The aim of the concept is to initiate organizational changes in the company through the implementation of the information system. The implementation of the concept is also aimed to achieve greater transparency in the process, to reduce costs and to increase the level of utilisation of integrated information systems.
