COVID-19 Pandemisinde Enfeksiyon Kontrolü

Abstract

Dünyayı etkisi altına alan COVID-19 salgını sırasında, hastanemizde enfeksiyon kontrol komitesi olarak, rehberler doğrultusunda gerekli tüm planlamalar ve önlemler alındı. Ülkemizdeki ilk vakanın görülmesi ile birlikte, sosyal mesafe ve kişisel koruyucu ekipman kullanım konularında eğitimler düzenlendi. COVID-19 hastalarının acil servise başvuru, servis ve yoğun bakımlardaki takip, tedavi ve izolasyon önlemleri konusunda hastanemiz idaresi ile birlikte düzenlemeler yapıldı. Pandemi sürecinde aktif hasta takip eden sağlık personeline kişisel koruyucu ekipman kullanımı konusunda bilgilendirme sağlandı. Enfeksiyon hastalıkları bölümü olarak tüm öğretim üyeleri ve asistan hekimlerimiz ile birlikte enfeksiyon kontrol komite hemşireleri başta olmak üzere komite olarak üç aylık süre içinde, enfeksiyon kontrol önlemlerine dikkat edilmesi, COVID-19 hasta tedavisi ve yönetimi konusunda büyük bir özveri ve titizlikle çaba gösterilmiştir.During the COVID-19 epidemic, which affected the world, all necessary planning and measures were taken as an infection control committee in our hospital in line with the guidelines. With the first case in our country, trainings on social distance and personal protective equipment were organized. Arrangements were made with the administration of our hospital regarding the follow-up, treatment and isolation measures of COVID 19 patients in the emergency service, service and intensive care units. During the pandemic process, active healthcare personnel were informed about the use of personal protective equipment. As a committee for infectious diseases, all faculty members and assistant physicians, as well as infection control committee nurses, have taken great care and meticulous attention to careful attention to infection control measures, COVID-19 patient treatment and management.
