This study aims to describe the process of apparatus performance in providing public services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kandangan sub-district, Hulu Sungai Selatan district, where there is still a phenomenon of lack of discipline of sub-district apparatus in providing services, and some people who are also less disciplined in applying health protocols. at the time of service. The results showed that the performance of the Kandangan District apparatus, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency in providing public services during the Covid-19 pandemic, both licensing and non-licensing services, then from the results analyzed using indicators of ability to cooperate, quality of work, technical ability, initiative, work spirit, durability/reliability, quantity of work, in general it is good.
