A high speed multi-channel photoelectric data acquisition system has been designed in this paper with FPGA as its master controller. This system is used in the application of PSD that measured the angel of space beacon light. In this system, it's capable of 4-route synchronized acquisition, 64 kHz max sampling, 12-bit real precision and 16-bit resolution. By the data analysis, the system's real resolution of ray point on the PSD is better than 10um, and the time response is less than 5ms. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
