Abstract

While the use of micropumps is constantly evolving in various markets, especially in medical devices the higher demands on accuracy and monitoring have prevented a wide use of these devices in infusion technology for example. In many cases closed loop control provides a solution to both issues. In this paper two different approaches will be discussed. © 2009 Springer-Verlag.
