AbstrakJual beli secara tebasan memenuhi rukun jual beli namun masih terdapat didalamnya indikator jual beli yang terlarang dalam Islam, seperti adanya perselisihan yang terjadi di kemudian hari mengenai harga dan adanya sifat untung-untungan. Namun jual beli secara tebasan ini memiliki sisi positif yang dirasakan masyarakat seperti adanya kemudahan memasarkan hasil pertaniannya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk proses jual belinya ada baiknya jika dilakukan setelah sayur mayur tersebut sudah tiba masa panennya agar tidak ada lagi kemungkinan ada yang merasa dirugikan. 2) Jika ingin melakukan jual beli perlu untuk mengetahui terlebih dahulu jual beli apa saja yang dilarang dalam Islam. sehingga jual beli yang dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan jual beli yang ada dalam Al-Qur’an dan HadisKata Kunci: Hasil Tani, Hukum Islam, Jual Beli. However, buying and selling by slash has a positive side that is felt by the community, such as the ease of marketing agricultural products.
