Abstract

The team construction of experimental teachers is the core of laboratory construction and is an important component of the college education reformation. It is an important topic about how to strengthen the team construction of experimental teachers, improve experiment technology level, and ensure that the laboratory keeps an efficient and stable operation for the domestic universities' wide attention and researching.
