Abstract

In the context of development methods, early collaborations between specialists (SE, HCI, business, usability experts ...) allows having a broader view of the development possibilities, notably in terms of user-system interaction. Consequently, in-depth transformations of the processes and concepts can be considered with minimum financial or temporal impact. We discuss in this paper the opportunities for business process evolutions emerging from the application of our collaborative method, based on the choices made for designing the interaction. © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
