Abstract

This essay offers the author’s reflections on the role and impact that her AECT network and culture have exerted on each of the three distinct phases of her professional development: "I have come to appreciate that my best projects came together because of the people encountered along the way who shared common goals and were willing to be convened on short notice and could be counted on to go above and beyond.
