Abstract

New structure of prefabricating multi-column wall (PMCW), the vertical members such as shear wall apply prefabricated type, and horizontal members such as floor and balcony apply congruent type, as well as that the grouting anchorage connection is adopted as vertical member joints, and horizontal and vertical components nodes are connected by concealed beam to form an overall structural system. Taking a high-rise residential for example, the basic component elements and construction process are introduced. Furthermore, corresponding conceptual connection measures are proposed. Results indicate that: the structure not only has the advantage of quick construction and energy conservation, but also can be connected in a whole as cast structure, so it is worth to promote and research. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
