Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency with which Mexican customs operate in the framework of international trade for the period of 2017 given the outputs they generate. For which DEA Network methodology is used in two stages, presenting three models in order to identify if there is a difference in the performance of the activities corresponding to the customs services. The results show that the customs that had efficiency values given the variables considered are Acapulco, Agua Prieta, Altamira, Ciudad Camargo, Ciudad del Carmen, Coatzacoalcos, Colombia, Ensenada, Lázaro Cárdenas, Naco, Nuevo Laredo, Puebla, Puerto Palomas, Querétaro, Salina Cruz, San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonoyta, Subte.
