Based on information from the National Committee for Transportation Safety (KNKT), the rate of aviation accidents Indonesia from 2010 to 2016 that amounted to 212 events. A total of 67.12% of the factors causing aviation accidents are human factors. This proves that many personel do not understand what to prepare or do when faced with problems in the field, especially problems that have not been listed in Standard Operating Procedures. These issues are of particular concern to Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO). HLO personnel lack collaboration in the process of documentation and dissemination of knowledge due to the absence of the knowledge management systems. Therefore, in this research we developed a Knowledge Management System through approach of Lesson Learned System based on mobile application. Test results using User Acceptance Test (UAT) indicates that 92% of users receive the Knowledge Management System that proposed in this study.
