Abstract

Losing a father can be one of a woman's most heart-wrenching experiences; DiCello and Mangione help in coping and living with this grief and loss. Weaving sound psychology with compelling stories from 50 Italian American women, they beautifully depict the strong connections between daughters and dads and offer insight into the many aspects of father/daughter relationships.
