One form of employment agreement in Indonesia is a work agreement for a certain time, or known as contract work agreement. Lately, more people or companies use a contractual work system for their workers. It is suspected that the implementation of the contract work agreement is more beneficial for employers or companies by ignoring the rights of workers. The method used in this research is juridical normative. This article discusses the judges' consideration of the legal position of Contract Agreement workers who are not in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law based on industrial court decisions and how legal protection of Contract Agreement workers is not accordance with statutory provisions.
