Abstract

Some conceptual innovations around the concepts of vulnerability and resilience are introduced. A theoretical development is presented around the concept of dialectics of vulnerability. An historical perspective of United States-Mexico relations is discussed. A new political approach toward a solution of Mexican immigration is introduced around the concept of bilateralism in the US Mexico immigration phenomenon. An empirical approach is presented about data on regional migratory routes (East-Gulf and West-Pacific) contrasting developments of these migratory routes is pointed out with an analysis of its human rights implications.
