Abstract

In the research, it was tried to determine the mediating role of management innovation in the effect of agile leadership on firm performance. The data were obtained online from authorized employees of a corporate company in January 2022. Questionnaire method was used in the research and questionnaires were distributed to 116 employees, but 103 questionnaires were replied. Pearson Correlation and Regression Analyzes were used to test the research hypotheses. In addition, Frequency Analysis was used to examine the distributions according to demographic variables. As a result of the research, it has been determined that agile leadership has a statistically significant effect on firm performance and management innovation, and the effect of management innovation on firm performance is statistically significant. The argument that management innovation has a mediating role in the effect of agile leadership, accepted as the main hypothesis of the research, on firm performance has not been statistically proven.
