Abstract

Background: Always bear in mind, that each injury in children with obscure genesis or suspicious anamnesis, combined with maldevelopment and disturbance of prosperty, could be child abuse. Results: Most inflicted children are early- or first-borne. The first climax of age is at about 3 years, followed by aged 11 to 17. The first an main reason the children die, is because of cerebral bleeding, followed by thoracal and abdominal hemorrhage. Conclusions: Survivers remain physical and psychical cripples. An liberation of crime has to be demanded to guarantee an adequate psychotherapy for victims and perpetrator.
