Abstract

1) Is the global sea level rising, and how far? 2) Should we expect a global sea-level rise during the next century? The answer to the first question is yes; the sea-level has risen since the end of the last century, but this rise has been two to three times less than what is generally reported in the literature. In addition, during the last 40 years there has probably been no global sea-level rise at all. The answer to the second question is much less definite. -from Author
