Abstract

The latest printed circuit board (PCB) production equipment is reviewed. Circuit Laser Recorder for generation of pcb phototools, circuit speed for fully automatic exposure of pcbs, and circuit print designed for contact exposure on diazo films and ultraviolet (UV) sensitive room light silver prints, are new products. Various others have been improved, with a number of improvements in DuPont Solder Mask Vacuum Laminator, DEK thick film-printing techniques, laser photoplotters, direct imaging systems, various drilling and desmeasring equipment and other PCB processing equipment of twenty manufacturers.
