The Malaysian Government has put a great effort in promoting the usage of industrialized building system (IBS) in the construction industry. However, the implementation is still far from the expected outcome. Even many advantages have been offered by IBS implementation; the stakeholders still hold many negative perceptions towards its applicability. These perceptions are one of the contributing factors to the poor adoption of IBS components in the construction industry. This research studies the perception of major stakeholders in the IBS construction project and suggestions have been put forward to overcome the situation. Keywords: Perspective, Stakeholders, IBS Adoption, IBS issueseISSN 2398-4295 © 2018.
