Abstract

The temporal area is commonly overlooked when addressing facial rejuvenation and should be given more attention, as it is usually the most common contributing factor for an aged looked in the upper 3rd of the face. Treatment modalities are directed to replace the lost volume, and different substances and materials can be used, namely, soft tissue fillers or fat.
