Abstract

To design a Passive House it is necessary to know the certification protocol and to avail oneself of qualified professional figures who will need to use the correct computerised tools for modelling. Once the design is finished, it is preferable to entrust building to an experienced construction company or, possibly, to be able to train them. In some cases, the construction techniques necessary for the construction of buildings with high performance in regards to energy, such as a Passive House, constitute a novelty for construction companies: the designer and construction supervisor will also have to serve as trainers and verify every aspect of the construction phase with greater attention.
