Abstract

Sedau Village is famous for its many produce, namely fruits and most people directly sell their produce without making new innovations with their natural potential. Therefore, assistance is needed by making the community as entrepreneurs so that they have products that can compete with other villages that can improve the economy of their community. Therefore, in the village of Sedau, it is very appropriate to educate the public about the empowerment of micro and small enterprises (UMK) through the halal product process training program (PPH). In this study, the method of group discussion, training and interviews with business actors was carried out to find out the existing problems regarding the halal product process and halal certification of a product that was produced. With the socialization activities carried out, it can raise awareness from the public, especially micro and small business actors to register their products in order to get a halal label.
