Construction of the network learning community of the new generation of migrant workers

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and the improvement of network learning function, network learning has put forward higher requirements for the positioning of the role of the new generation of migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers are discussed between the network learning community and the network environment in this paper. It points out that the new generation of migrant workers are provided a new platform for the development of online learning community, and then the significance and the present situation of the migrant workers community network learning is analyzed under the network environment. Finally the approach of construction of network learning community for migrant workers is given under the network environment.
