Abstract

In this manuscript, we introduce the finger gesture of twisting-in to make an input device and conduct an experiment on performance. The finger gesture of twisting-in is a series of movements of a finger twisting and pushing. It gives us the feeling of twisting and pushing a button. The experiment shows that our input device has the potential to be practical and usable. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
