From the clinical fields of the deafness of the child, children of migrants living in situation of passive bilingualism and speech difficulties in autistic syndromes, we discuss the current extension of the notion ofdysphasy. The pathology of the development of the language is in fact very rarely isolated and it joins in global, complex clinical forms, associating always the dimensions of the perception, thought and subjectivity.
