Abstract

It is as important today as it was previously for big corporations to acquire and maintain an intimate knowledge of the attitudes and interests of the employees whose economic fate is decreed by them. And it is very difficult indeed to impart to the employee the feeling that top people are interested in his opinions. The man to man talks are a thing of the past. But it is possible to construct employee surveys that can go a long way toward taking the place of the person to person talks. How this is done is detailed here by a specialist in mail surveys addressed to specialized audiences.
