Abstract

In this paper we evaluate the performance of Epidemic, Spray and Wait and their versions with congestion control and Epidemic with TCP for Random Waypoint (RWP) and Steady State Random Waypoint (SSRWP) mobility models. For performance evaluation, we used delivery ratio, hop count, average delay and average buffer occupancy metrics. Simulations are conducted using NS3 simulator. The simulation results show that the network performance is better for SSRWP mobility model.
