Abstract

An essay is presented on how classical liberalism's foundational principles apply to international relations. It explores the possibility of judging foreign policy standpoints from a classical liberal perspective and developing a liberal foreign policy agenda. It discusses individualism and freedom, natural law and liberalism as the political expression of individualism.
