Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effect of learning based on problem and adviced Inquiry in SMPN 1, Kec. Hulu Palik. Kab. Bengkulu Utara. This study was done on october until November 2012. The method was used in this study is Quasy Experiment. The design research was used is pretest postest control Group Design. The sample was the student of class seven, the class is taken randomly. The collecting data in this study used instruments. The instrument are the item of understanding concept and quesioner of thinking ability. The technique of analysis data was used to hypothesis in this study is used One Way ANAVA and Posc Hocs LSD. The result of study shows that there is the significant effect of implementing of learning based on problem, learning of adviced Inquiry and conventional learning toward understanding. Biology concept in ecosistem subject in SMPN 1 Kec. Hulu Palik, Kab. Bengkulu Utara. There is different significant of understanding concept of biology subject toward the student was given learning based on problem (70), learning of adviced Inquiry (63), and Conventional learning (54). There is the significant different of implementing learning based on problem, learning of adviced inquiry and thinking ability in ecosystem subject in SMPN 1 Kec. Hulu Palik, Kab. Bengkulu Utara. There is significant different of nature thinking ability between the student was given the implementing of learning based on problem (66), learning of adviced inquiry (63) and conventional learning (61).
