Abstract

The current trend is towards multimedia educational materials in the classroom for Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning. Electronic Interactive Whiteboard which is innovative equipment can be used to improve instructional environment and to increase the teacher-student interaction. But there is no appropriate management and integration of teaching with multimedia and whiteboard. This thesis designs a humanized teaching system with two-column whiteboard which conveniently manages activities in the classroom. A teacher uses two-column scenario to present the teaching materials of dual-channels, image and text to integrate the teaching materials of complete lecture and the designs of teaching activities for classroom management. In summary, teachers will be more lively and interesting in teaching and easily to realize classroom management and students have more motivation in learning. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
