Abstract

The development of information technology and information society actualizes Internet addiction as a social problem in the frame of financial-economical crisis. The purpose of this study is to study the problem of Internet addiction and the social consequences of its impact on the value system of modern young people especially in the frame of financial-economical crisis. The presented analysis is essential for a well-founded understanding of the manifestations of various kinds of dependence of modern youth and the social consequences of the phenomenon under consideration, as well as the methods of working with them.
