Abstract

The calibration of image center is necessary in computer vision. It is divided into two categories in this paper, one is independent of other intrinsic parameters, and the other is not. Category I is further devided into 3 groups, and Zhang's method is taken as an example in category II. The theory and experiments of each method are given. Through comparison of different methods, the characteristic of each calibrated method is also discussed. The results provide the readers a reference to select or advance calibrated methods according to different applications, requirements and experimental conditions. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
