Abstract

The number of defibrillator implantation is in constant increase, benefiting from new enlargement of its indications. Home monitoring developed by the constructors allows a remote monitoring of the patients, as well as the quick communication of alerts. The use in routine of it new tool in France requires legal adaptations and creation of new refund.
