Abstract

Business families adept at successfully running multi-generational enterprises use their expanded temporal and contextual zones to develop ambidextrous entrepreneurial skills of family and non-family members. Varied and thoughtfully planned projects and assignments are used to develop these skills and expand cognitive frames to continuously explore a breadth of opportunities and dive deep to exploit those that align with family values.
