Abstract

When a new project starts, one of the most difficult tasks is to choose the most suitable members of the work team. It is necessary to take into account many factors in the selection process, such as the professional qualification of each candidate, his previous experience, or his willingness to work in a team. In this paper we propose the use of a multi-agent system to simulate the behaviour of different work teams engaged in the development of a complex project. The project manager may use the information provided by this multi-agent system to find the most appropriate set of candidates.
