The national agrarian policy in Peru is intended to support sustainable, competitive, democratic and inclusive agricultural development that benefits farmers and improves the quality of life and that of their respective communities. The objective of the investigation is to determine the transformation of the national agrarian policy in Peru. The results are framed by an incipient attention of projects to unorganized farmers by the state, which reflects 1.61%. At the national level, it is concluded that there is an incipient rural production, inequality in agriculture and the strategies implemented in public agricultural policies in Peru have not been effective because they have not achieved the established objectives related to human rights, territory, gender, interculturality, sustainable development and inclusion.
