Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study alternatives, targets, procedures, results,and recommendations for applying mindfulness in guidance and counseling to reduce academic stress. The research method used in this research is library research. The data sources used in this research are 20 library sources research results related to the issues being studied. The results of this study are: 1) Alternative methods of application of mindfulness theory are very diverse, the methods that are often applied are MBCT and MBSR. 2) The target recipients of mindfulness interventions can be students at all levels of education and various cultural backgrounds. 3) The procedure for implementing mindfulness in each method is different. 4) Mindfulness has been shown to reduce students' academic stress. 5) Many Library Resources provide recommendations for implementing mindfulness. Overall research shows that the application of mindfulness theory is important and able to reduce academic stress. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji alternatif penerapan, sasaran, prosedur, keberhasil dan rekomendasi metode mindfulness untuk mereduksi stres akademik, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Sumber data yang digunakan ialah 20 sumber pustaka berupa hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Alternatif metode penerapan teori mindfulness sangat beragam, metode yang sering diterapkan adalah MBCT dan MBSR. 2) Sasaran penerima intervensi mindfulness bisa berupa peserta didik disemua jenjang Pendidikan dan berbagai latar belakang budaya. 3) Prosedur penerapan mindfulness di setiap pilihan metodenya berbeda beda. 4) Mindfulness terbukti dapat mereduksi stres akademik peserta didik. 5) Banyak Sumber Pustaka memberikan rekomendasi untuk menerapkan mindfulness. Keseluruhan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori mindfulness penting dilakukan dan mampu mereduksi stress akademik.
