Abstract

The rapid development of Big Data provides opportunities and challenges for Higher Education. How to cultivate students’ Data Analysis ability, adapt to the needs of multiple scenarios of different enterprises and cultivate integrated professionals is the main direction of Teaching Reform. The author tries to embed Data Thinking into the course module of “Employee Career Development”, guides data collection, analysis, sorting and visualization, and use Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to test students’ learning effect and experience. At present, students actively support Teaching Reform, and their sense of interaction and gain are enhanced in the learning process. The practice of this teaching reform has positive significance and reference value for the teaching of other courses and the optimization of curriculum system.
