Abstract

Product disassembly is an important technical link to sustainable development, which can ease the pressure on the environment, utilize the limited resources and improve resource utilization. Optimization of disassembly scheme plays a prominent part in improving the efficiency of disassembly. According to dismantling features, a lot of uncertain factors influencing the product disassembly are taken into account in terms of safety, economy and technology. In addition, evaluation index system of disassembly scheme is built for green design. Build fuzzy judgment matrix via fuzzy AHP, determine reasonable target weight vector using confidence sort, and construct a new closeness indicator combining grey system theory and TOPSIS to determine the sorts of dismantling programs. An example is applied to show that this method is reliable, objective and accurate. The assessment method proposed for dismantling business to a more rational, more efficient direction laid the theoretical foundation.
