Delirium is a mental disease that is prevalent amongst adult which cannot be diagnosed using laboratory tests. Diagnosing delirium requires the use of symptoms and even experienced psychiatrist often misdiagnose it. In this paper, a neuro fuzzy technique was applied in diagnosing delirium. A dataset containing thirty diagnosed case of delirium was gotten from Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital in Edo State and it was used to train and test the diagnostic accuracy of the system. Upon completion of the simulation the system had a training and testing error of 0.33334 and 0.45373, respectively.
